Qualifications

• Retail sales consultants are expected to sell mattresses using our proven process.
• Able to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and accessories.
• Explain the bedside bedMatch diagnostic system and its recommendations.
• Help customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Use tablets and POS tools to complete transactions.
