Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing bedding team. You will confidently sell premium mattresses using bedMATCH and a proven sales process, helping customers improve sleep and overall life quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to engage customers and explain product benefits.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for store support.

Responsibilities

• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, informative shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed personal sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and showroom upkeep.
