Job summary

Saatva is looking for dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides deliver immersive, elevated experiences, becoming product experts on Saatva mattresses and bedding, helping guests discover the power of a great night’s sleep.

You’ll engage customers in person, on the showroom floor, and via phone or live chat as needed. We offer competitive pay of $21/hour, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; however, we’re willing to train the right candidate!
• Additional Experience: 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport effortlessly with customers and team members.
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to completing tasks with high-quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude (we value and hire nice people!).
