Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to help customers find their dream mattress and deliver a standout in-store experience. The role emphasizes customer relationships, product knowledge, and achieving sales KPIs with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

You will support customers from first contact through delivery, maintain relationships post-purchase, and stay aware of competitor offerings. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
