Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to put customers at the center and build relationships by providing product knowledge and guiding them to the right mattress.

You will drive sales performance, maintain post-purchase relationships, and stay aware of competitors while leveraging social media to boost brand awareness and sales. This role involves lifting 50+ pounds in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition and advertising offerings from competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
