Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competition, ads and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
