Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and offer best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders).
• Monitor competition and competitors' advertisements and services.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
