Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to enhance the in-store experience by becoming a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will execute selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience, placing the customer at the center.

The role emphasizes building relationships, providing product knowledge, driving sales KPIs, and maintaining post-purchase follow-up, with opportunities for leadership and team collaboration in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
