Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is central by building strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (delivery reminders, issue resolution).
• Monitor competition and company advertisements to inform selling strategy.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
