Responsabilidades

• Elevate in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and offer best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase and address issues.
• Be aware of competitors' advertisements and services to adapt strategies.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
