Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including delivery reminders and issue resolution.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.
