Responsibilities

• Elevate the in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an engaging environment that puts the customer at the center and build strong relationships.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and offers, and leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Assist with delivery reminders and post-purchase customer follow-up to resolve issues.
