• Elevate customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and product expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support omnichannel experiences.
• Cultivate strong relationships to keep the customer at the center.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as SME.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain relationships post-purchase, resolve issues, and send delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competition and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
