Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will drive sales through Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools, supporting a seamless omnichannel experience that places the customer at the center.

You will maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolve issues, and monitor competition to boost performance.

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, reminders, etc.).
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
