Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress and accessories. You’ll use digital tools to support an omnichannel experience and drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

In this role you will build relationships, share product knowledge, and meet KPIs, with opportunities for uncapped commissions, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sleep expert with product knowledge.
• Strong ability to explain features and benefits to customers.
• Result-oriented with focus on KPIs and sales goals.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
