Mattress Firm, Inc. is seeking a Sleep Expert to enhance the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and helping customers find their dream mattress. You’ll use digital tools to support an omnichannel experience and keep the customer at the center of every interaction.

You’ll build strong relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales KPIs while representing company values. Role involves lifting 50+ pounds and offers uncapped commissions with a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase and handle delivery reminders.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
