Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the perfect mattress. You’ll use digital tools to support selling programs and deliver an engaging, omnichannel customer journey.

Responsibilities include building relationships, sharing product knowledge, driving sales KPIs, maintaining post-purchase contact, and leveraging social media to boost brand awareness.

• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain relationships after purchase and send delivery reminders.
• Monitor competitors' offerings and advertisements.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
