Job summary

Ashley Furniture is hiring a Sleep Coach in the Fairless Hills area to guide customers through sleep product selections and build lasting relationships. You will participate in a comprehensive sales training program and educate customers on Ashley’s mattresses and sleep products.

We offer a guaranteed base plus commission, a monthly bonus on personal sales, and store-wide bonuses with opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or leadership experience; furniture selling is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• A passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program by understanding sleep needs and conditions.
• Offer personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses and sleep products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with integrity, customer care, and a positive experience.
• Create a welcoming, engaging in-store environment.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming showroom.
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
• Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Guaranteed Hourly rate & base pay
• Commission on Personal Sales paid biweekly
• Monthly Bonus on Personal Sales
