Job summary

Ashley Furniture in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Sleep Coach to help customers find the right mattresses and sleep products. You will complete hands-on training, learn sleep needs, and guide shoppers to the best solutions, delivering friendly, informed service.

This full-time role offers guaranteed base pay, commission on personal sales, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

Compensation, Earnings & Growth Potential:

• Guaranteed Hourly rate & base pay
• Commission on Personal Sales paid biweekly
• Monthly Bonus on Personal Sales
• Overall Store Bonus monthly

• Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming showroom
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or leadership experience (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS but not required.)
• Bilingual is a PLUS!
• A passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to learn
