Job summary

Ashley Furniture is hiring Sleep Coaches to help customers find optimal sleep solutions using our mattress range and sleep technologies. You will educate customers, offer tailored recommendations, and provide an engaging in-store experience while meeting sales goals.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement within Regency Management Services. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, effective communication, and a collaborative team environment in a retail

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred, strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus and may enhance service to a diverse customer base.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Ashley’s mattresses, pillows and sleep products.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on comfort and lifestyle needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and professionalism.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal and store sales goals; partner with teams to keep showroom inviting.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns with care and timely follow-up.
