Regency Furniture is seeking Sleep Coaches to help customers find sleep solutions through our mattress products and sleep technologies. You will deliver personalized recommendations, educate on products, and provide outstanding service in-store.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions
• Educate customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s comfort and lifestyle needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
• Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment
