Job summary

Regency Furniture in Falls Church, VA is hiring Sleep Coaches to help customers find the right sleep solutions using our advanced sleep technologies and tailored recommendations. As a full-time Sleep Coach you’ll receive a base salary plus commission and bonuses, complete hands-on training, educate shoppers on mattresses and sleep products, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming showroom.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are a PLUS.
• Passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions.
• Educate customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s comfort and lifestyle needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting showroom.
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care.
