Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Sales Specialist 1 in California to deliver an outstanding guest experience and achieve sales goals. You will drive SPH and KPIs, analyze daily results, and participate in merchandising, inventory controls, and showroom readiness.

You will assist with furniture assembly and preparation, support a positive store culture, and use company systems to follow defined processes. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer environment preferred.
• High volume experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales tools.
• Maintain showroom merchandising, labeling, and adherence to style guides.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation per guidelines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with asset protection standards.
