Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing our Guest Engagement Model. You will drive sales performance through targeted SPH and KPIs while ensuring high guest satisfaction as measured by surveys, and maintain showroom visuals to create an inviting environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of retail experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while achieving guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and labeling per standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation.
