Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Glendale is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and driving sales through SPH and KPI achievement, while keeping the showroom inviting.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily results, promoting a guest-focused store culture, overseeing merchandising, maintaining inventory accuracy, assisting with furniture assembly, and using company systems to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; at least one year of retail experience in a direct customer environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales performance expectations, including SPH and applicable KPIs.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with company asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and adhere to established operational processes.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations and guest experience.
