Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 in Menifee, CA to deliver an exceptional guest experience by applying the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. The role drives sales through focused SPH and KPI attainment while ensuring top-tier satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining showroom visual standards, assisting with furniture assembly, and using store systems to support operations. The position requires a HS diploma or GED and retail exposure; MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• High volume experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales performance expectations, including SPH and applicable KPIs.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Oversee merchandising and labeling and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
• Utilize store systems and tools effectively while adhering to procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations and guest experience.
