Living Spaces in Menifee, CA seeks a Sleep Center Sales Specialist to deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. This role focuses on driving sales performance through targeted SPH and achieving KPIs while maintaining showroom standards for a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory accuracy, and assisting with furniture assembly as needed, using company systems, and supporting store operations to enhance guest

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year retail or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-interactive environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while delivering high guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and collaborate with leadership on performance plans.
• Promote a positive store culture that aligns with brand standards and revenue goals.
• Oversee merchandising, labeling, and completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with loss prevention standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation per guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and processes to support operations and guest experience.
