Living Spaces in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales per hour within our engagement model. You will focus on achieving SPH and KPI targets, analyze daily results with leadership, and contribute to a positive store culture that aligns with brand standards.

The role involves merchandising, labeling, and assisting with furniture assembly, inventory accuracy, and adherence to loss prevention protocols.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail customer interaction experience preferred.
• High-volume environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while delivering high guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans with leadership.
• Maintain showroom merchandising, labeling, and ensure adherence to style guides.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation per guidelines.
• Operate company systems and processes per established procedures.
• Support store operations and guest experience.
