Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. This role focuses on driving sales performance through targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and achieving company KPIs while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction as measured by survey results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year retail or direct customer interaction preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for daily tasks.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and work with leadership on behavioral expectations.
• Promote a positive store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Execute merchandising directives and ensure showroom displays meet standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection guidelines.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation as required.
