Qualifications

• Meet individual sales targets and apply company KPIs.
• Analyze daily results and collaborate with leadership on improvement plans.
• Promote a positive store culture aligned with revenue goals and brand standards.
• Oversee showroom merchandising, labeling, and compliance with Sales Merchandising Fundamentals.
• Keep inventory accurate and follow asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom prep as needed.
• Utilize company systems and processes to support store operations.
