Job summary

Living Spaces Sleep Center is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by following our Guest Engagement Model. This role targets SPH and KPI achievement while maintaining high guest satisfaction from surveys and keeping the showroom visually Merchandised and inviting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to assist with furniture assembly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH targets and KPIs while achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Meet individual sales expectations including SPH and KPIs.
• Analyze daily sales results and coordinate monthly proficiency plans with leadership.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture that supports revenue and brand standards.
• Execute merchandising directives and ensure Sales Merchandising Fundamentals are completed on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation per company guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and adhere to operational processes and procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations and guest experience.
