Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales, collaborating with leadership on behaviors, and promoting a store culture aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer interaction preferred.
• High volume retail experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales performance expectations.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling on the showroom floor.
