Qualifications

• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and partner with leadership to improve behavioral expectations.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain showroom Visual Merchandising Standards and assist with furniture assembly as needed.
• Utilize company systems and procedures to support store operations.
