Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales through SPH and KPI targets. The role involves merchandising, label accuracy, and showroom upkeep to create an inviting environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily results, partnering with leadership on behavior expectations, and assisting with furniture assembly as needed to support sales goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year retail experience in direct customer interaction preferred.
• High volume experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs with strong guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
• Maintain showroom merchandising, labeling, and comply with brand standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and prep per company guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and procedures to support store operations and guest experience.
