Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to execute our Guest Engagement Model and create a welcoming shopping environment. You will focus on achieving targeted SPH and KPIs while delivering top guest satisfaction as measured by surveys.

The role also covers maintaining showroom Visual Merchandising Standards to keep the space inviting and organized. You will work with team members to deliver extraordinary service, assist with furniture assembly, and use our sales reporting tools to analyze

Qualifications

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and company KPIs.
• Achieve individual sales performance expectations including SPH.
• Analyze daily sales results and partner with leadership on behavior and monthly proficiency plans.
• Promote a guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives.
• Execute style guides, oversee merchandising and labeling, and ensure showroom standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and prep per guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and procedures to execute daily tasks.
