Living Spaces is seeking a Sleep Center Lead in Oklahoma City to blend sales expertise with leadership. You will drive the Guest Engagement Model to deliver strong Sales Per Hour and handle returns, exchanges, and escalations per SOP. The role includes training teammates and sharing knowledge to uplift overall sleep center performance.

You will perform complex transactions, manage CRM follow‑ups, and ensure the Sleep Center is ready for busy periods while maintaining excellent guest experiences.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Computer Skills: experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet or exceed Sales Per Hour.
• Provide product recommendations by assessing sleep needs and conducting rest tests.
• Present sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector, and sheets.
• Assist with daily task lists, training, and coaching to support store leadership.
