Job summary

Living Spaces Sleep Center Lead in Phoenix, AZ blends sales expertise with key leadership responsibilities. You will guide the guest experience, drive Sales Per Hour, and ensure KPI performance while handling complex transactions like returns and exchanges.

You will train and coach team members, present complete sleep solutions, and manage daily operations to keep the Sleep Center ready for Grand Opening. Prior retail experience and strong product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales per hour through Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Provide sleep product recommendations based on guest needs.
• Present complete sleep solutions (mattress, base, pillow, protector, sheets).
• Ensure Sleep Center readiness and adhere to SOPs for daily tasks.
• Perform guest email follow-up and resolve CRM tickets.
• Assist leadership with escalations, returns, and discounts per SOP.
• Open and close the Vault with proper documentation.
• Ensure training is completed and standards met by all team members.
• Interpret data on sleep sales and add-ons to guide focus.
