Living Spaces in Scottsdale is seeking a Sleep Center Lead to drive sales and guest satisfaction while coaching team members. You’ll apply the guest engagement model, manage returns and exchanges, and support leadership through training and coaching to meet KPI targets such as Sales per Hour.

The role combines sales expertise with operational duties, including vault management, CRM follow-up, and ensuring the Sleep Center reflects our grand opening standards and style guides daily.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in direct customer interaction.
• High volume retail experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Execute and drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet or exceed Sales Per Hour.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations by assessing guest sleep needs.
• Present sleep solutions aligned to guest needs (mattress, base, pillow, protector, sheets).
• Open/close the Vault and ensure required documentation is complete per SOP.
• Train and coach team members and assist with escalations and SOP compliance.
