Job summary

Living Spaces in Scottsdale seeks a Sleep Center Lead to blend sales expertise with leadership, guiding guest engagement and achieving KPI targets. You’ll handle complex transactions, support training, and help the team deliver a superior sleep solution experience.

You will oversee daily goals, mentor staff, and ensure procedures are followed, including returns and exchanges, while maintaining a positive store culture and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail customer interaction experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• No supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest engagement to meet Sales Per Hour targets.
• Provide product knowledge and sleep solution recommendations.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Train and coach team members as needed.
• Manage sleep center operations and daily tasks.
