Zusammenfassung

Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Sleep Center Lead to blend sales expertise with leadership. You will guide guest engagements, recommend sleep solutions, and drive sales per hour while upholding KPI standards.

You’ll handle returns and exchanges, coach teammates, and ensure Sleep Center readiness. The role emphasizes training, data interpretation, and a servant-leader approach to guest and team experiences in our store.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience in a direct customer environment preferred.
• Experience with customer service and sales processes is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Execute and drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet sales per hour targets.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations by assessing guest sleep needs.
• Present sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector and sheets.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and discounts following SOP guidelines.
• Lead training and coaching to ensure team readiness and KPI attainment.
