Job summary

Living Spaces Sleep Center Lead combines sales expertise with leadership to drive guest engagement and sales performance in the Sleep Center. You will handle complex transactions, coach teammates, and ensure a positive guest experience aligned with SOPs.

Responsibilities include training, analyzing sleep sales data, and promoting complete sleep solutions while maintaining service excellence and brand standards at the store level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet/exceed Sales Per Hour.
• Provide sleep product advice and recommendations based on guest needs.
• Present complete sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector and sheets.
• Assist with returns, exchanges and discounts per SOP.
• Train and coach team members; support leadership in daily operations.
• Analyze sleep sales data to improve add-on opportunities and penetration.
