Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sleep Center Lead in Scottsdale, AZ to blend sales excellence with leadership responsibilities. You will drive guest engagement, deliver complete sleep solutions, and coach teammates to meet Sales per Hour and KPI targets while handling returns and exchanges per SOP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High-volume retail experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and meet/exceed Sales Per Hour and KPI targets.
• Provide sleep product knowledge and recommendations based on guest needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Assist with training and coaching of team members and resolve guest escalations.
