Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mattress sales team to meet targets and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Staffing, training, and coaching to ensure standard work and engagement.
• Achieve monthly Sales Per Hour and Revenue targets via on-floor selling.
• Own Revive sales floor and drive financial outcomes through SOP execution.
• Resolve escalated guest situations and mentor store leadership.
• Collaborate with Director of Revive, mattress team, and operations.
