Communications Engineering Company (CEC) seeks an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of SLED accounts in the Midwest. Build real relationships with government and education stakeholders and drive growth through strategic account plans and value-based engagements.

Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams, keep Salesforce up-to-date, and revive aging opportunities with disciplined follow-up and compelling business cases to win renewals and new projects.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of enterprise/SLED accounts with accountability for growth and health
Expand footprint across projects and managed services, not just renewals
Revive stalled/aging opportunities with a winning angle
Lead Customer Business Reviews that demonstrate value
Create actionable account plans and keep Salesforce clean
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery to ensure delivered scope matches what is sold
