Zoom is seeking a Sales Manager, Education to lead a remote team of Account Executives selling to educational institutions across the U.S. You will focus on new and expansion opportunities, coaching, forecasting, and aligning with product specialists to deliver AI, UCaaS, voice, and contact center solutions.

You’ll drive pipeline velocity, manage multi-stakeholder deals with C-level and VP-level buyers, and partner with cross-functional teams to win in the public sector while maintaining CRM

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software or technology sales experience, with proven success selling into Education accounts.
• Proven success leading and developing a high-performing sales team, including coaching reps to quota attainment.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments with direct engagement of C-level and VP-level decision makers.
• Track record of success in high-velocity, transactional sales with both volume and strategic deals.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted partner across all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Account Executives to qualify leads, identify prospect needs, and engage technical resources to drive pipeline velocity across education accounts.
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members to build a high-performing sales culture and ensure quota attainment.
• Engage C-level and VP-level executives within educational institutions using consultative selling to close deals.
• Develop and grow business within existing accounts while pursuing upsell and cross-sell with new customers.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and strategic business planning to senior leadership, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM with timely activity, pipeline status, and account intelligence.
• Stay current on Zoom's product portfolio and industry trends to empower the team.
