Kyndryl Consulting seeks a Coveted Consult Partner to lead public sector engagements across Georgia and Florida, guiding cross-functional teams through complex IT and business transformations for state and local government clients.

You will drive this growth with strong knowledge of procurement, compliance and cloud solutions, while building trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a sales role with SLED organizations.
• Experience working with IT Professional Services and Solutions, specifically within and/or migrating to the Cloud.
• Deep understanding of government procurement regulations, public contracting law and vendor compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CJIS, FERPA, HIPAA, FedRAMP and StateRAMP.
• Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups including IT, finance, legal counsel and leadership.
• Ability to manage long sales or project cycles in public sector engagements.
• Strong written communication in responding to formal government solicitations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with state and local government clients across Georgia and Florida.
• Drive revenue growth and manage margins while ensuring client outcomes.
• Oversee complex, multi-disciplinary projects with senior stakeholders.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations for public sector opportunities.
• Build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
