Job summary

Kyndryl seeks an experienced Consult Partner dedicated to State and Local Government in New York. You will lead delivery across multi-disciplinary teams, shape engagements, and drive cloud migrations, modern infrastructure, and AI initiatives for major public sector clients.

You will engage with state agency leaders and procurement executives, guide pre- and post‑deal work, mentor rising consultants, and help grow the SLED practice while ensuring profitability and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales or advisory roles guiding IT transformation in government.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagements and complex deals.
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations and RFP/RFI processes.
• Ability to lead delivery teams and mentor talent.

Responsibilities
