Kyndryl Consult seeks an exceptional Government Leader to drive large-scale transformation across state and local government agencies. You will guide end-to-end engagements, pricing, and governance with senior executives, delivering strategic IT modernization programs.

The role emphasizes autonomy, cross-functional leadership, and deep public-sector procurement experience in a lean, executive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consultative technology sales or IT transformation programs in state & local government.
• Proven ability to build relationships with State CIOs, agency executives, and procurement leaders.
• Background in driving revenue targets, profitability, and deal margins in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across State and Local government accounts through consulting engagements, cloud migrations, and managed services.
• Originate and close high-value consulting opportunities with end-to-end pricing, profitability, and risk management.
• Engage State CIOs and agency leaders, translating policy goals into actionable IT roadmaps and modernization strategies.
