Job summary

The City University of New York’s Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead Slate CRM and related enrollment technologies. You will direct architecture, configuration, integrations, reporting, and data governance to support prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

This role partners with Admissions, IT, and Central administration in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.
• At least five years of direct technical experience with Technolutions Slate, including system configuration, automation, integrations, data management, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience designing or maintaining system integrations using APIs, web services, scheduled data exchanges, or related technologies.
• Strong experience with data architecture, relational databases, field mapping, data quality, reporting, and troubleshooting complex system or data-flow issues.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead cross-functional technology projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, documentation, project management, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead system administrator and technical owner for the Slate environment, overseeing architecture, configuration, optimization, performance, and long-term development.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Slate and related admissions technologies aligned with Admissions Office priorities.
• Architect, configure, maintain Slate functionality including forms, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Lead the design and implementation of API-based integration between SOPHAS/Liaison CAS and Slate.
• Manage and optimize integrations and automated data exchanges between Slate, SOPHAS, CUNY systems, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Admissions leadership to improve cycle preparation, applicant management, and enrollment processes.
• Partner with Communications and Marketing on lead management and audience segmentation intersecting with Slate.
• Establish and maintain CRM data standards, governance, and data quality controls.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards supporting leadership with recruitment and enrollment insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and liaise with vendors.
