Job summary

The City University of New York (CUNY) seeks a University Associate Director of Enrollment CRM Systems within the Office of Enrollment Management to lead Slate CRM implementation and administration. This role partners with campus enrollment teams to align enrollment strategies, data governance, and user adoption across the University.

The position emphasizes cross-campus collaboration, governance, and training to maximize the CRM’s value while supporting colleges’ enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.
• CRM/Slate experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management preferred.
• Experience with CRM/SIS integration and data governance.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and BI tool development skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CRM/Slate administrator for OEM.
• Lead implementation and ongoing management of the CRM/Slate system.
• Collaborate to support Slate-enabled recruitment and engagement strategies.
• Ensure data governance, privacy (FERPA) and security compliance.
• Develop training materials and conduct staff trainings.
• Monitor data integrity and coordinate cross-unit data integrations.
• Evaluate and improve enterprise CRM/Slate processes and provide testing/QA.
